General Rules:
-There is no limit on how many characters you have, just make sure they are active.
-Please, keep cussing and cursing to a minimum. Mudbloods aren't allowed unless the person who you are calling that gives you permission. Other than that, no.
-No sexual content! If you must, take it to PM, but do not do it where others can see you! If I or the other moderators catch you, you will be warned. Just once. Any time after the fact and you will be permanently banned.
-Do NOT God-mod unless you have express permission from someone. God Modeling or GM is when you say someone's feelings, thoughts, actions in your post without their permission. I.E

That is taking the character's freedom away and we do not want that.
-No Mary-Sue/Gary-Stu please. These characters are deemed 'perfect' and in reality, no one is. Do not make your character like one of these, please. We will let you know if you are being one, but you should know yourself by the way you choose to act.
-I expect all members to be respectful and polite. Your character IG(In-game) can be a mean and spiteful person, but when you are on the chatbox or talking in the OOC, you should be polite. You will get a warning and only one. After that, you will be banned.
-Please be thorough when posting. It's hard to reply to someone who just posts one or two lines of text. Put some thought and feeling when you answer someone's post and be considerate if you will. One liners are allowed in the OOC, however.
Adults Rules:
-You are allowed to get married and/or have children.
-If you want a teacher/student relationship, you have to speak to the Headmistress aka me.
-As an adult, you can be apart of the Order or the Death eEaters. Because even though the war is over, there is still a battle going on.
First come, first serve.
Students Rules:
-If you want to be related to any CANON Harry Potter characters, see the Headmistress. If you don't, you will be warned and if you fail to listen, you will be banned.
-You must take at least five classes. These classes will generally run for two weeks, depending on time. Homework is not mandatory, but will be given out so you can earn extra points for your House. The list of classes are as follows:
*Transfiguration
*DADA
*Charms
*Potions
*Astronomy
*History of Magic
*Herbology
*Ancient Runes
*Divination
*Care of Magical Creatures
*Muggle Studies
*Medicinal Magic
*Flying
-Student pregnancies are allowed only if you ask the Headmistress beforehand
Chatbox Rules:
-Chatbox sexual content is a no-no. I don't want to see it done. If I see it, you will get a warning. After that, I will ban you from the chatbox.
-Be respectful when using the chatbox. No name-calling or laughing at other people. Be kind and courteous or I will ban you.
-
RED is to be used by Admins/Moderators only. Please refrain from using it because we might use it to tell you about something important.
I might add more rules if I see fit. But, as of right now, these seem good enough.
