Red, Gold and Mischief

Tyler jumped onto the nearest seat he could find as soon as he got to the common room which happened to be the warm couch in front of the fire. The common room was empty which was odd, what were the Gryffindors doing.

He lifted his feet up on the couch and lifted his hand out as close to the fire as he could, he waved it around for a while, it amusing him seeing the orange and red reflections on his hands until his arm started to get tired, he pulled it away and let it flop onto the couch. There was one good thing about the common room, no Hufflepuffs were allowed.

Staz had pretty much been grilled by her more law abiding cuz, Sydni to bits and now all she wanted to do was curl up and go to sleep. She debated whether she should actually make the effort to actually go up to her Dorm and sleep there, but she did not want to face all the questrions, so deciding quite fast, she decided a huge fluffy chair in front of the fire, figuring she wouldn't miss her comforter due to the fire.

Tired, sleepy and generally unobservant, she sat down, getting up with a yelp on realizing that the chair was already occupied.............oops!
