Baby Clothes Shopping is Horrible

Kerrington walked down the streets of Muggle London, in search of a good place to go shopping for baby clothes. So far, she hadn't come across any place she would shop at. Kerrington didn't know where to start considering this was her first time being pregnant and she didn't have any friends who had been pregnant. And, Rigel wouldn't be any help considering he was a guy and and work. So, Kerrington was on her own. It was boring and hard and all Kerrington wanted to do was go home and take a bath. And stuff her face with food. Can't forget the food.

As she walked, Kerrington, she felt like taking a stop at a coffee shop. She needed someone sweet to eat. After ordering a sparking water and a muffin, Kerrington took a seat. It wasn't until a moment or two that she noticed the other person there. "Oh, I'm sorry. Hi."

Alyssa traced her fingers over the handle of the mug of her latte. This amnesia thing was driving her insane, she couldn't stand not even remembering her own family. So she'd come to the coffee shop to drown out her sorrows in a nice warm drink. She pulled her suit jacket tighter around her, and tapped her foot onto the floor, making a clicky sound each time her heel hit the wood. She looked up as a girl sat down by her. "It's fine. Hello." Lyss replied dully, glancing down at her watch before realizing it wasn't there.

Kerrington looked at the women carefully. She seemed as if there was something on her mind. And the girl looked familiar. Maybe a schoolmate? Kerrington couldn't remember. But, she smiled nonetheless. "I'm Kerrington, by the way." She said in a friendly tone. This time last year, Kerrington would've gotten up and left. She would've said something harsh to the women and probably would've started a fight. It's amazing what an almost family could do.

"So, what are you doing here?" She didn't know if the woman was a witch or not and decided she would try to figure it out by asking questions. That always worked. Kerrington wasn't just a Slytherin because she wanted to be.

"Nice to meet you, Kerrington. I'm Alyssa." Alyssa said with a hint of a smile, then that disappearing when she realized that the girl probably knew her. Sighing, she took a sip of her latte, trying to figure out what to say to the girl's next question. "Erm, it's a long story..." Alyssa murmured, trying to figure out an explanation. "How about you?" She asked, deciding it would probably be best to start a conversation, if anything.
